Born and raised into a large family in Baton Rouge, LA, Mary Ann Mirian moved to Lafayette in 1986. Owned and operated a full-service bridal shop before getting in the real estate business in the mid-1990s. Growing up, she was always involved with extra-curricular activities through school and church as well as shadowing her late Father with his rental properties and his dry cleaning business, Hosea's Cleaners in Baton Rouge, LA. She later graduated from Southern University with a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business however she always had a passion for the Hospitality industry after extensively working at the Hilton hotel and Inn of the Lake in Baton Rouge, a quality that is now recognizable through her real estate career. She will also proudly tell you about the celebrities she was able to meet and accommodate while working at the Hilton. As the former Broker for a boutique real estate company in the Oil Center, Mary Ann was able to work with people in the capacity of buying or selling with the goal of making her clients feel comfortable and appreciated, much like in the Hospitality industry she has a background in. She has two daughters', one of which was the co-owner of their real estate brokerage and an entrepreneur, the other who has a Masters Degree in Art Therapy and has open a private practice. Her current hobbies include spending time with her grandkids, painting, Zumba and line dancing, playing tennis, tending to her many pets and volunteering with the Women's Symphony League.
